How long does implementation take?

Will implementation disrupt our daily operations?
We design implementation to minimize disruption. Reader installation is typically in the back of house and we will work around your needs. What hardware is required?

How durable are RFID tags?

Will RFID tags damage linens or washing equipment?
No. The tags are thin, flexible, and sewn into a discreet location (typically a hem orseam). They don’t affect linen quality, guest comfort, or laundry equipment. Guests won’t even notice them during use.
Can RFID tags be removed or fall out?
When tagged at manufacturing, they are embedded into the seams and are not removable. For retrofitted tags, they are securely sewn or heat-sealed onto the linen and are designed to remain attached throughout the item’s lifecycle. Accidental removal is extremely rare.
How accurate is RFID tracking?
